The Process
Consultation
The bespoke journey begins with a private consultation with Heather—a conversation where stories unfold and meaning begins to take shape. With care and curiosity, she guides you in uncovering the symbols, phrases, and motifs that hold personal significance.
Design Creation
From there, your narrative begins to take shape. Each letter of your monogram is sketched for perfect balance and form; every detail of your crest is considered with intention, capturing the symbols that define your history and individual journey. Within two weeks, a detailed rendering is shared for your review, followed by a second consultation to refine and perfect every nuance.
Once approved, the design is entrusted to master artisans. Using centuries-old techniques, your piece is meticulously handcrafted in solid gold and encrusted with precious stones. From the final consultation to completion, the process takes approximately six weeks—culminating in a piece of exceptional craftsmanship and profound meaning.
