Placing Your Order
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at inquiries@heatherasbury.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, please note that orders containing bespoke or customized pieces—such as monogrammed lockets, engraved charms, or family crest commissions—are not eligible for cancellation or amendment once production has begun. Each of these pieces is crafted by hand and made to order, with personal details unique to you.

Yes. Sales tax is applied at checkout in accordance with local state tax regulations based on your shipping address.

Custom & Bespoke Jewelry
Custom and bespoke creations typically require 6–8 weeks from the time of order to completion.
If you have a special date in mind, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order—we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline wherever possible.
Once your bespoke piece has been passed to our workshop for crafting, we’re unable to accommodate changes such as adding additional letters, numbers, or symbols. However, engraving can often be added at a later date, depending on the design.

Both Custom and Bespoke pieces are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted entirely to your chosen specifications—whether that’s a particular font, set of initials, or enamel color.
The key distinction lies in the level of personalization. Bespoke pieces are more intricate in design and involve an additional step: a private consultation with Heather to review and refine a rendering of your monogram before the piece is brought to life by our artisans.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal for a seamless and secure checkout experience.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via FedEx, fully insured and with signature required upon delivery to ensure your piece arrives safely.
We offer Overnight Domestic Delivery on all orders for a flat rate of $75.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your order. If for any reason you wish to make a return, please note the following:
- Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, as shipped.
- To initiate a return, please email our Client Care team at inquiries@heatherasbury.com.
Please note that all engraved, custom, and bespoke pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued. Return shipments must be fully insured for the purchase amount and sent via UPS or FedEx. At this time, we do not offer a return shipping service—all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Product Inquiries
Our pieces are thoughtfully designed for everyday wear, but like all fine jewelry, they benefit from mindful care.
To clean, gently polish with a soft cloth, using warm water and a drop of mild cleanser to lift any residue.
Please note: Enamel pieces should never be submerged in liquid jewelry cleaner.
To avoid scratches, we recommend storing each piece separately—ideally in its original box or a soft pouch. To preserve the finish of your gold jewelry, avoid exposure to household cleaning agents, particularly bleach and other harsh chemicals.

Yes, we offer a warranty and repair service on all Heather Asbury pieces.
To initiate a repair, please contact our Client Care team at inquiries@heatherasbury.com with your name and original order number. We’ll be happy to assist you and guide you through the next steps.

We’re delighted to offer complimentary gift wrapping, and can include a personalized handwritten note with your order. Simply leave your message in the notes section at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.
