  1. The bespoke journey begins with a private consultation with Heather—a conversation where stories unfold and meaning begins to take shape.
  2. Each letter of your monogram is sketched for perfect balance and form. Within two weeks, a detailed rendering is shared for your review, followed by a second consultation to refine and perfect every nuance.
  3. Once approved, the design is entrusted to master artisans. From the final consultation to completion, the process takes approximately six weeks.
